CIRCULAR ECONOMY – CELLULAR AGRICULTURE LABORATORY (CECA LAB)
A fully equipped research laboratory for cell-based growth of animal (meat, chicken, pork, fish), mushroom and plant cells including 2 dedicated clean rooms. CECA LAB also has sophisticated equipment for food safety and nutritional analysis.


ALGAE-DIGESTER LABORATORY
(AD-LAB)
An industrial scale emulation laboratory aimed at demonstrating link between anaerobic digestion of organic waste (consumer and industrial), algal bioremediation and value-added food and agricultural production. This breakthrough site plays a vital role in bring anaerobic digestion to its rightful place as the foundation of a sustainable urban food chain.
FOOD INNOVATION-BIOREACTOR LAB AND TEST KITCHEN (FI-LAB)
A laboratory designed for the transition from innovation to plate with upscale capacity for cellular agriculture and a restaurant sized test kitchen.
